Harvey Against the Taxi Driver | Suits

  • Harvey has to waste his time as a witness in the civil suit due to the car accident he was involved in. When Harvey goes to see Mr. Santana, the taxi driver, and tells him to back off, Tony realises that it was Harvey's personal driver who hit him and he sees a huge opportunity to make some money from this.
Season 1, Episode 5 "Bail Out": An old friend asks Mike for help, while Harvey is forced to choose between money and aiding his trusted driver.
This is the official FRclip channel for Suits: home to all the swagger, smarts and sexiness from Pearson Hardman - one of the top New York law firms that hire solely from Harvard law. Well, almost entirely.

Moreso, not that suits ever truly portrays the legal system accurately, but when Mike is called to the stand Mike is surprised and Harvey smiles. Since lawyers have to disclose evidence and witnesses before the trial in discovery, my thought is Harvey already knew Mike was going to be called and just kept it to himself. Mainly to prank Mike, but also Mike sort of reluctantly giving the answer played into Harvey's hands
Again, it's all speculation, but if Harvey was as legendary as he's supposed to be, and u Consider his philosophy of "play the man", this would be a genius play of giving the taxi guy enough rope to hang himself with.

      They are understandable,

Yup all he had to do was lie and say the light was green/orange. In reality no one confesses like that when they are that deep in and so heavily invested. It's such a cop out when shows or movies pull this kind of BS. If he was willing to lie about the entire case he'd be willing to lie about a particular detail about it. The dude lied throughout the episode yet now the idea of lying causes him to break and confess? COP OUT
