    Gordon Ramsay: Dear Gordon. I am glad to see that you're one of the very few people that actually knows how to make hollandaise sauce. One time I went to a restaurant to get eggs benedict and they made their Hollandaise sauce with mustard. It tasted terrible! After the first bite I knew something was wrong, and I told them I'm not paying for this. This is not eggs benedict! I asked if I could get something else instead, and they said yes, so they took care of me. Thank goodness I didn't have to waste my money on something that I didn't like.
    You did a great job on the English muffins. Instead of what you used, I would have used Canadian bacon which to me doesn't really look like bacon at all. It looks more like ham. And instead of just boiling the poached eggs in water I would have used one of those pans that has those inserts with the four holes in them that has little cups that set inside those holes that you put the eggs into. I'm glad to see that you're still going strong. Your cooking shows is the only ones I have ever wanted to watch. Before you I never watched cooking shows at all, because they were very uninteresting.
    Some people believe you are arrogant and too outspoken. I say, he's king of his particular Mountain. He knows the way things are supposed to be done, and these restaurants on his shows deserves what he says. They have to understand they're serving food which people eat and this food goes inside their bodies, so it's imperative that a restaurant has freshness & cleanliness everywhere, and that the food is made the way it's supposed to be made.
    And no one wants to walk into a restaurant that looks like every other restaurant in town. People enjoy atmosphere! You have to think, what is going to make my restaurant unique amongst all the others, and then you need to do that. Even when it comes to making friends I don't want someone in my life that's like everybody else. I want someone unique. If not, they don't become part of my life. I hope you and your family are doing well!
