Cain Velasquez lost. End of story!Hes doing pro wrestling now and has obviously moved on...
What i saw was no punch landed. From the start . I was confused until dominic said his knee went out. I watched it many times and i do not even see the push uppercut that you saw.
Cain found a way out of that fight. Got hurt took a dive blamed it on an injury. Replay shows upper cut drop him n he quit. Might as well tap to strikes or scream pretending ur injured so ref stops the fight. Same as a tap.
Hate or love this guy, Chael is funny! No discussion...But please, for foreigners, what's a "Popcorn punch?""
great talk chael, and great analysis, keep it up
There was a right hook before the left uppercut. His head clearly moves from it. The uppercut was a push but before that he ate a right hook.
Chael "I offer you this" Sonnen
He forgot about Fabricio Werdum doing all the things that Chael said he's never seen anyone do to Cain
Jon Anik rolled right over Cruz to keep him from saying anything about Cain's knee.
Didn't werdum out position and out submission cain????
I am just hearing the sensual tones of Errol Brown, as I watch this, singing..."it started with a kick..."
Chael, Ngannou didn't knock Cain out until after Cain's knee gave out and he was on his back. Please watch the tape again. You can see his lights go out when he was on the ground after Ngannou hammer fisted him. The first punch didn't land clean, it glanced off Cain and knocked him off balance and then his knee gave out and Ngannou finished him off. Oh, ok, you changed your opinion later, after explaining about the phone call.
2:51 Or Mirko Cro Cop
exactly what i thought. The uppercut was more like push that just made cain loose his balance, what caused him to land bad on his leg and his knee gave out. He never looked like he was "out" in any way. He just looked in pain when his knee cracked double. nonetheless still a win for ngannou and it was likely ngannou was going to win regardless of cain hurting his knee anyway.
I'm a little late to the party, but you can clearly see in the slow motion replay that Ngannou connects with the uppercut, Cain's lights go out, his body goes into ragdoll mode for a second, this is where his knee buckles, he comes to it and starts showing signs of pain on his face and is grabbing his knee. When the uppercut connects, Cain's face clearly shows the effects of the power he was just hit with as it disfigures his right cheek as if he was hit to the left side of his face. Cain probably didn't notice he was knocked out because he came to it so fast.
Chael you're wrong. Cain has been out submitted before. By Fabricio Werdum
it was the 2nd uppercut not the first
Werdum out conditioned him in Mexico City. Big facts, Sonnen.
He shouldn’t have been out there trying to kick him lol
For those interested autism makes it super hard to lie because of the uncomfortablility it would cause and for the record he's right
The only way to know for sure? Cain needs to come on the show.
Cain's attempted leg lock on the ref lol why was that Chael? Game plan? That uppercut defo Landed it 💯% WAS NOT A PUSH!👊👊
Cain Velasquez was drowning in their, dammit I've always been a fan! But sadly it's retirement time Cain 😥
It pops and he falls you can see him screaming as he falls
How can you say cain hasnt been out submissioned or out conditiond werdum did both in the same fight lol
Cain never got hit by anything significant. He was pushing Ngannou against the cage, exactly where Cain wanted to be, exactly like he should have, then his knee gave out and he winced in pain, then was limping around clearly afterwards. It was not a strike. It was a bad knee that failed him. Very easy to see.
The best thing about Chael is how, if people would just listen to him, he has the correct answer to literally every question.
Its easy money for the over the hill stumblebum. UFC allows this crap because there isnt a 401k or pension for old fighters. At any wiff of a punch the fish falls and flops, ref call for the bell, it is over. The checks in the bank, thanks for coming out, drive home safely suckers!! What a total joke, this fight made the WWF look like the Ballet; so well choreograghed.
It look like he got in takedown defense position , and cain gave out
Cain never being outstruck in a fight? Werdum outstruck Cain in the 2nd round. Cain was gassed from taking shots from Werdum.Outgrapple? Werdum Outgrappled him in the 2nd and 3rd round. Werdum submitted Cain after the 2nd botched attempt to take Werdum down, Werdum choked him out.
He was yelling in pain while on the ground. So he couldn’t have been knocked out
lets just say cain and his knee got knocked out end of debate....
It just took me one replay to notice Francis didn't fully connected that uppercut/push
Cain was knocked out. Cain admitted it during octagon interview,, videos on the internet attested that. Full credit to Francis please.
Chanel never heard of Werdum? I mean really.
I can't let you get close....
+Glenn Heflin I can say from personal experience having busted my knee in a bjj incident which completely ruptured my pcl. For the next hour or so, my knee was totally numb, zero feeling...I could stand up and walk and the pain came in the following days, but it was more restricted movement that got in the way than the pain. +Kyle Moran that was keyboard warrior-ing you is just a baby crying for his bottle.
So you didn't see Werdum "out submission" him? I guess you can make an argument that Cain lost that fight because he greatly underestimated the influence of altitude, but still...
WERDUM. Chael has memory issues after Fedor's hammers..
But where does Kevin Lee fits in all these.
>head whips to the side>after that legs give outTOTALLY NOT THE PUNCH Ok Chael
Hell, I thought he took a fall. I laughed when he wasn't punched. Just moved on to next fight
...dude what the fuck is Joel’s spawn talking about? and why are we even entertaining it? he got dropped stfu
We look at guys to be the same as they used to be. Running backs in the NFL have the shortest careers of any player because it's such a physical position. Even the best dudes are lucky to push 10 years. Fighting is the same way. Guys have a short prime. Jon Jones is probably the exception simply because he has taken very little damage and he's so far above the competition. People think Brock at 41 years old under usada is going to be the same Brock that beat Couture. No... ni k Diaz hasn't won a fight since 2013, but everyone thinks he's going to make a comeback. Nope. This game has a really fast turnover rate, especially in this day and age
His knee didnt give out. Velazquez manager said it was a cheap shot to the back of cains head
Love Chael but he basically forgot that Werdum beat him in every aspect of their championship fight before subbing him.
Well, Cain had a bad knee during hes open workout. Hes knee buckled and he stopped hitting the pads. When Cain fell, he had expression of pain on hes face. Thats not what happends when you get knocked out.
Problem Is Francis is not slower he is faster and bigger
Cain's kicks are actually really nasty, especially his spinning shit and lead high kick.
I see the upper land... I thought the knee got fucked up on the knockdown.
Chael. You were correct the first time. He hit him with 2 small mini jab uppercuts, n it dropped him. Chael are you sure this isn't a script thats being pushed upon you? You clearly intelligent, collected, and either way cain was up walking around right after. In the end, 2 men showed up to a fight, 1 man went down, Ngannou wins. Give him the credit, stop with this anti nganno rubbish. 2 men willingly showed up, thought to be fit etc. He made the decision how it end doesn't matter. It's that Nganno wins, and guess what when you step into that wring YOU ARE PREPARED TO LOOSE. If you disregaurd this fact, than I'm not sure your worthy of a debate. But yet, Nganno dropped him, knee popped and that's it. Next case.
outsubmission cain? uhhh... werdum?
Tony Ferguson is the type of guy that enjoys life, loves his family, and respects his opponents .
Nah u buggin chael they played the whole Aldo vs Connor fight was played as a replay
Haters watch cheik and Cain fight....i bet all you as well were all lesner right? Well reason why it says BROWN PRIDE not idiots cant see injury cause this.
Does UFC hold any responsibility when a fighter is hurt and simply shouldn't fight? Dana said about a fighter "were using a fighter till he don't make us money" then what cut him. If a fighter is hurt and shouldn't fight what then. DANA your a complete moron using and abusing position. Ive never done mma but for satisfaction lets you and I get in there. I win fighters get money a side from UFC as unemployment. You win I will slapped you like Nick and nate hoe
6:40. How did Cain get knocked clean out...?
5:32. Chael did not see the Werdum fight?
I think Cains face when he hits the ground says everything you need to know, the guy was clearly in pain from his knee, if he was out cold his face would be blank, it wasnt.
An uppercut snapped his head back... he lost his legs from under him... his leg got into an awkward position and dislocated his knee.
Nah! He took an arrow to the knee!
'never seen anyone outsubission him'.......werdum
Cain was intimidated.
Sequence: Uppercut landed, ko, legs buckled, fight stopped, single leg attempt on referee. STOP THIS. CAIN WAS KNOCKED OUT
Ngannou ain't slow chael
lol...listen I respect your analysis, you were in the game for long time. I have only trained in MMA and sparred. That uppercut was not a clean KO, as Cain got hit, he clearly grabs his knee and screams, not to mention yells to the ref. I think the punch did have some effect, but not a effing KO.
werdum sumbitted him
Chael it was the short right uppercut just after the push uppercut (that you spoke about) that snaps Cain's head upwards, lights out, knee buckles and he drops like a bag of shit. Obvious knockout and anyone who can't see that needs to look a bit more closely.
Stop. The uppercut snapped he’s head back and “both” legs went from underneath him. Hurt he’s knee in the way down. Strolled out of the octagon without a limp.
I did notice that when i was watching the fight and the constant replays afterwards that Francis didn't connect with Cain and in the moments of the incident everything happened which in reality was not a knockout or a big blow to Cain but a chain of events which ended the bout. Anyone who knows about connecting blows will see with stable mindset that Francis didn't connect fully but did connect in a sense which was a push/nudge.
"put him out cold".... except he's clearly screaming on the ground...... yer......
Chael can you do these videos while you are making food, doing gardening, fixing car. You know all types of real life stuff. It would be hilarious!
I thought Ngannou's dress looked white and gold.
He did get flattened and his Knee got ripped.
I think that uppercut KO'd Cain and caused his knee to buckle as his weight came down while he was out.
2:46 Werdum vs Brown lol
"Good analysis by me, probably why I have the job" lol the fucking gems with this guy
8:57- “heee heee heee heee”
Cain has ligament issues ,so sad but you can see from all the shoulder issues as well....
Cain knees are bad. This might be it for him
I like how he gives the best analyst for free on his vids but on ESPN he just said pop info.
CUNg le never existed I guess
I hate when things like this happen cause no one will ever agree and everyone talks like they were there in the cage with Cain and Francis.
Fabricio werdum learnt how to kick.
It was hard to tell what happened it looked like maybe and I mean maybe Ngannou clipped him a little bit and then the knee gave out but it was definitely the knee injury that ended the fight Cain did not get outright Ko'd.
Damn WWE 🤔
they interviewed bryan barberena after he got knocked out
Cain got knocked out twice, once by the uppercut and then the first hamerfist on the ground. Such fools man. Watch the fight
he didn't KO'd. his fatass buckled underneath Ngannou! Ngannou was pressed up against the cage... couldn't even load up an uppercut. IF he did uppercut him, does cain really have that bad of a glass-chin?? Ngannou will go on to KO DC next!
THERE WAS A SECOND UPPERCUT!!! the first was an open palm push, the second is very quick and happens the second before Cain falls, why is everyone getting this so wrong?!
Say what the Fuck you want, Chael not only is smart enough to break it down AS A FIGHTER, he speaks as well or better than anybody that covers the fights, excluding maybe Dom Cruz
Cain wanted no parts of that wakanda slap Chael ... Tell the truth now !!
The way I saw it was his knee went out. My biggest indication of that was that he opened his mouth when he was on the ground in what appeared to a scream of pain. You don't do that when your lights go out
LMAO...."if I'm not a doctor I won't pretend to be" you crack me up chael. Classic
Yea, it was silly he didn’t use lateral movement and his boxing. No fucking idea why you’d get in that close that early. Wear him out a little bit
Back to the ‘business’
Chael loving blowing his own trumpet... Big fan of this x
You spitting truth. Why would Velasquez start off with kicks? He sucks at kicking. And that uppercut is why his knee blew out cause he got badly wobbled by it and had newborn deer legs so when he planted that leg he was all fucked up
Cains arm went limp before falling. What's the analysis for that? :D
