For the seated shoulder press, why aren’t you going lower with the reps? Down to the shoulder level for example?

My son, his father was Mr. Michigan masters and overall. My son is in his 30s he's what you call a hard gainer. This young man benches over 200 pounds, at 145-150 pounds, he's really strong, but his size is way different with guys same weight less hieght

important to explain the arrangement in the distribution of programs according to the stages according to the development of the body from beginner to a year later .... i dont think all training suits all stages of training in order to achieve the desired transformations in the body form ....
