But I don't see those wonderful shoulders that people talk about. Rather average for a guy who works out. So many different exercises and even exercise machines, but the outcome is rather average. Something is off here.

Brandon Chau I’ve found that for me what works well is chest/tri, back/bi, legs, shoulders and for Friday up to you really I just do an extra session of chest and triceps

Nice one but when ur doing lateral raises u said the hand should be straight but this confuses mean coz i learned one should slightly bend ur elbow to reduce pressure in ur join i.e elbow. What's ur take coach?

Just looking round FRclip for hints on rear delts.Never though about the fronts being worked with pressing Great tip with the lighter weight as I always get pain from elsewhere in the shoulder Top manEdit.You do majority of the exercise with straight arms yet I see loads of people do it with bent arms.They are using there whole body to move the weights though!!

I've just realised iv been going too far back with rear dealt flys on the machine. Although I have, my form has been really good and I have found a slow negative really makes the rear dealt burn. Thanks so much 4 the vid Mike as I'd have just kept doing it wrong. Looking forward to my next shoulder sesh now. Cheers pal.
