    *Excellent set of weights!>>>**ur2.pl/1182** I start with these for motivation, then I get on my BOWFLEX M3 MAX TRAINER! I can do cardio and strength in the same workout! I do a set of reps for three different muscles, then after I do a set for each of those muscles, I FEEL ENERGIZED TO HOP ON MY ELLIPTICAL (the M3) FOR 20 MINUTES, then I get off and do 2 more sets for those three different muscle groups, and I'm done!! Excellent equipment, just gotta keep doing it at least 5 times a week!*

    This is actually very useful to me. One of the biggest issues I find with lifting is sometimes I forget I'm very flexible so it's hard to get the right motion or I dont do things right. I worked my shoulders after this and I could tell I was doing it the right way.

    I’m 26 years old and I just stumbled across this video. Prior to watching this video, a little over two years ago I suffered from a shoulder injury. Being young and dumb I probably should have stopped working out to let my shoulder heal, but I did not. Prior to the injury I was all about the weight. I liked to think I was using good technique, but after watching your videos I was making the same mistakes that you mentioned and caused gains in unwanted areas and under developing areas I was trying to develop. Well getting back to my shoulder injury, although I still had muscle mass I was unable to do the same workouts with as much weight as I was use to doing. Still having the urge to lift I would go to the gym and do the same workouts but with much less weight and I have to say I not only look better in my opinion, but I am developing my muscles in certain areas a lot more. Even after two years of being injury free, I’m sure I could go back to just worrying about the weight I am lifting, but now I don’t care about the weight and as I said before I’m am seeing a lot better results than in the past and continue to see results. Instead of doing heavy weight for 8-12 reps, I now do 15-25 reps with lighter weights focusing more on the motion instead of just trying to get the weight up regardless of my lack of good form. It’s sad that it took an injury for me to realize this, but I’m glad to see you making a video like this to show the common mistakes that people make and to show people that it’s not all about the weight when trying to build muscle.

    I have found working the rear delt with 45 degree incline bench like he is doing, you will involve the middle delt as well, it is best to do it a little bit lower, I like to do it stand up with my tors parallel with the flour like that you will work only the rear delt

    I watched this video yesterday and Thought well, this guy looks like he has big shoulders just let me hear what he has to say. Although the moves are your typical shoulder workout but the way you've explained it to be the most effective way I felt it today in the gym.
