It was learning about the plans for an EU army that made my mind up to vote leave. What the fuck does a supposed 'trading partnership' need a fucking ARMY for? To kill those who don't agree with it? We had to leave Europe to stop this 'Fourth Reich' being foisted on us before they have the means to force us to comply under the threat of mass deaths. Now we need to encourage France and Sweden to leave.

Nigel Farage is a traitor to the United Kingdom.
He does not speak for my country, in the EU Parliament, on CNN, or anywhere else for that matter.
Please do not think that he speaks for Britain.

Haha how can a country that tried colonise the world and has never been ruled by anyone but themselves claim this is their independence day haha shows the stupidity of what these people have voted to do to their own countrys economy, and taking away the freedom to study and work in 27 other countries without a visa is claiming your freedom if I was British I wouldn't be feeling so free truth is it was voted by majority people who didn't really have a clue of the repercussions such a vote would have and we're voting out of pure racism and bigotry I'd be ashamed if my country voted this way

@Jynxio, as someone who voted Brexit I predict that soon you will be thanking us for rescuing Britain from a fascist superstate. You should have seen the clear signs that we were being lied to, as none of the remainians could give a single good reason to stay in the EU, they went for totally negative campaigning and it backfired on them. The EU only worked for the rich, us ordinary people didn't get anything from it whatsoever, it was just another super-elitist club that we didn't benefit from.

When someone says EU will fall, they means that, the same all great civilizations in History, it will fall by his own hand, rotting from the inside due to the corruption of it's goverment and it's people. And people are really stupid if they don't have realized that the ir society's decay has already started. It will happen to any country, it's just a matter of time.

It may be a controversial step forward for UK but it's a step back for humanity. Being poor is not a matter of nationality, it's due to the environment and willingness. There are poor people in UK, Switzerland and in other countries with rising, stable economy. Of course, there are countries with high amount of poor people and UK might be better of without having to deal with them but Brexit is promoting difference between people. All of the wars, violence etc. happened because of the differences between us (nationalities, races, gender etc.) and we decided to accept this hatred view of others. We are all humans, we have same psychological and physical needs, we have same goal in our lives (be happy), we live in the same planet, same house and UK just turned it's back to a family member in need. I think Brexit is a selfish movement.

All this talk of the pound 'slowly rising in value again'... where's the evidence?
    Current level against dollar 1.31362 - www.xe.com/currencycharts/?from=GBP&to=USD&view=12h
That's lower than the point it reached immediately after the brexit decision (1.32111) - www.xe.com/currencycharts/?from=GBP&to=USD&view=1W
To put it in context... here's the last 10 years - www.xe.com/currencycharts/?from=GBP&to=USD&view=10Y
Guess what... the pound has not been anywhere near as low in the last 10 years. Not even after the lowest point reached after the 2008 financial crisis...
So I ask again, where is the evidence of the pound 'slowly rising in value again'?

As one who voted in the referendum I will not say which option I voted for but I will say this. The over 30% of voters that didn't vote in this election were the ones who really let down their country. I have more respect those who voted the opposite way to the way I did because they at least were exercising their rights and standing up for what they believed in. No matter what happens as a result of all this if it all goes to hell those who didn't vote will only have themselves to blame.

There are a lot of arguments on both sides. However, it appears that the people leading the vote to leave weren't fully informed and relied on the emotions and sentiment of the people. Tiny, minor defects with the leave campaign, such as the 350 million pounds per week staying in the UK not being fully accurate.

My mom and my brother bought their plane tickets right after the Brexit result and they had to pay a 50% more for it and my mom's retirement money was clearly shortened because of it too. Now tell me Brexit was not an stupid idea because it was.
Those old stupid racists fucked everything up, this was not about the EU, this was about adults and old people in most of England and Wales are all racists. Now it's been an uprising of these assholes, telling people in the streets that they should be afraid, bullying them to the point of making them cry and even spitting them in the face, even in school little brats are writing on the bathroom walls who's a foreigner so other kids can bully them, the worse things will come later.

The most valuable resource of the United Kingdom is its people. Lower housing prices is for the benefit of people who wish to live in the UK, not just those who wish to make UK citizens tenants. The British pound will hold its value because the UK has a global reach. The pound will rise again once production and labour force gets investment. The only people who will lose in all this are those who live in tax havens and frankly the UK could do with losing those people. The EU is like the United States, big and poor people. That kind of strategy won't work for UK.
